Protection of Personal Data Information Text

In accordance with this KVKK, the information text is mainly in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK");

To be able to provide better service to you, our members; to carry out, complete your order processes and to provide communication about you; to provide you with information about products, services, campaigns and promotions; in order to better understand your shopping preferences, conduct trend analyses and statistical analyses and strengthen the security of the Site, and to fulfill our legal obligations arising from the relevant legislation, including the Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through These Publications, the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Turkish Criminal Code No. 5237 and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the secondary legislation of the relevant laws, your first name, last name for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations arising from the relevant legislation, including the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6651, the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, the Turkish Criminal Code No. 5237 and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the secondary legislation of the relevant laws, your e-mail address, phone number, gender, date of birth, T.C. we process some of your data to identify the Member directly or indirectly, including, but not limited to, your identification number, tax identification number, personal interests, billing and delivery addresses, information that has been approved to be shared through these channels if you connect with social media accounts.

In addition to these data, we also collect and process aggregate statistical data that does not contain personal information, such as the frequency and times of Site visits, order delivery times and IP address at the time of order, statistics of product pages visited and products ordered, in order to analyze and understand visitor movements and preferences.

In order for you to benefit from the services we offer on the Site, we process and store these personal data by taking appropriate information security measures, provided that you have explicit consent, or if data processing is mandatory for our legitimate interest, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract we have with you, or provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, provided that it is not used outside the purposes and scope determined by the Information in accordance with this KVKK, and by taking appropriate information security measures.

We use some of your data collected in the database for periodic campaign studies that will be sent December, for the construction of special promotional activities for customer profiles and for customer classification studies aimed at preventing the transmission of unsolicited e-mails and in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.

When you use a credit card to pay for the product, you agree to share your credit card number, expiration date of your credit card, CVV2 code and similar information with banks. However, the credit card and/or debit card information used during order creation is not stored in our systems in any way.

If you request the creation of a customer record by providing us with your contact information in our stores, your personal data may be collected verbally during your conversations with store employees. Your personal data collected within the scope of customer registration processes may be used for verification of your contact information; in accordance with your explicit consent, it may be processed to create campaigns and promotions tailored to your consumer behavior and tailored to you, to transmit commercial electronic messages directly to you for marketing purposes about our products and services, and to create and track the necessary records in our systems in order to facilitate your refund and exchange processes.

siteadi is free to keep all kinds of records belonging to the terminated membership account provided that they are anonymized. Data, when anonymized, loses its ability to identify a person and is not considered as personal data in this sense. The member cannot claim any rights or compensation related to anonymized records.

We share your personal data with the third parties with whom we cooperate in order to provide our services (cargo, shipment, call center, database, etc. we may share it with the companies providing the services) and with government authorities as required by our legal obligations. siteadi will be able to share your personal data related to your visit or membership to the Site and traffic information, such as your navigation information, with public institutions and organizations legally authorized to request this information for the purpose of your security and the fulfillment of siteadi's obligations under the law. However, we will not use your personal data for commercial purposes or share it with third parties in any way, except for the activities listed above and the cases required by the relevant legislation.

siteadi is obliged to store the Member information that it is legally required to store. However, the Member always reserves the right to be informed about the personal data related to him/her, to access this data, to request their correction or deletion and to request to find out whether they are used for their purposes.

4- In case the personal data has been transferred to third parties at home or abroad, to learn about these persons;

5- Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing;

6- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring the processing of personal data disappear or the Company does not have a legal basis or legitimate interest to process such data, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data;

7- To request the Company to ensure that third parties, who are also authorized by the Company and process personal data, respect your rights under this section;

8- To object to the adverse consequences that may arise as a result of the processing of personal data through automatic systems and;

9- If you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to request compensation for this damage.

You can always update your membership and communication preferences by logging in to the system.

siteadi takes the necessary measures for the protection of personal data against unauthorized access to personal data or loss, misuse, disclosure, modification or destruction of such information. It undertakes to keep your personal data confidential, to take all kinds of physical, technical and administrative measures necessary to ensure confidentiality and security, and to show due diligence. Despite taking the necessary information security measures, if personal data is damaged or falls into the hands of third parties as a result of attacks on the Site and the system, it immediately notifies you and the Personal Data Protection Board and takes the necessary measures.

siteadi may make changes to the Information at any time in Accordance with this KVKK. These changes take effect immediately upon the publication of the new amended terms and/or policies on the Site. In the event of such a change, the necessary information will be provided to you, our members.
